dk111 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and dk111 ("dk111," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at dk111.lat.

• Placing bets in connection with match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sporting fraud.

dk111 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where prohibited conduct is identified, dk111 will suspend the relevant account, withhold associated funds pending investigation, and report the matter to appropriate authorities where legally required.

dk111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account in the following circumstances, without prior notice where urgent action is warranted:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete or pass identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider;
• Instruction from a law enforcement agency, court order, or regulatory authority;
• Evidence that the account holder is under the age of 21;
• Player request for self-exclusion or cooling-off period.

Upon closure of an account for cause, dk111 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any genuine funds held in the account will be returned to the player's last verified payment method after any outstanding bonus wagering obligations are assessed.
